Service Description

Move out cleaning is a deep cleaning service. We clean to management standards to get your cleaning deposit back. Services include: inside/outside all appliances, window tracks, sills, blinds, vacuuming, mopping, scrubbing bathrooms, and kitchen. All furniture must be gone.

Cancelation Policy

To cancel or reschedule, we require 24 hours notice. If less than 24 hours notice is given, we retain $100 of your pre-payment. If less than 4 hour notice is given, there is no refund for your payment.
