Service Description

Vacation rental cleaning: Normal maintenance cleaning PLUS making beds/washing towels/linens/filling up tp/paper towel/tissues/dish soap containers etc. We report broken items to landlord- Price varies on the size but I also give a discount if we go often which is more than 1 time a week -if it is used like a hotel type vacation. Prices vary but generally speaking it is about $200.

Cancellation Policy

All bookings have a cancellation fee of $50 for any type of service and any days of notification, however we will gladly reschedule the booking for free of charge. Thank you for your understanding. To cancel or get a partial refund we need 7 days noticed however you will be charged a $50 fee. Please call us for any type of changes.
